Stage 4b: La Muela (Quesa) – Camino del Corralejo (Ayora) (23/02/2023)

Today’s walk was incredible. The area is so amazing, lots of “barrancos”, in other words, lots of gorges. Nature is very well preserved in this area. Nature seems to be pristine clean, it’s really fantastic. Today, I did the walk from north to south. The logical way I suppose would be to do it from south to north but I did it from north to south. Why you might ask would I want to do that? Well, the walk is in such an isolated area, it’s easier to start the walk at the end and go back to the beginning where I left off the last stage of this long journey round Spain. So, anybody looking at the trail should take that into account. There are a few places which are a little bit tricky, and you could lose your way but, in general, if you follow my trail on WikiLoc it should be okay.

However, it is absolutely stunning, the views are incredible and it is a marvellous walk. It is real wilderness and it was a great walk. I really, really, really enjoyed it.
